2025 Vendor Booth Applications will be available January 31st
Vendor Booth Info
1. The products or services exhibited
must be clearly related to tea or tea education.
2. Electricity, filtered water, tent, tables and chairs are provided.
3. All vendors must be covered by liability insurance during the festival and a COI issued with the festival listed as additional insured.
4. Cheatham Hall is indoors and the Plaza is outdoors.
5. A discount is offered to vendors who are able and willing to offer a presentation in our education area.
6. Sponsorship opportunities at 3 levels are available and include booth discounts or a booth.
Booth Rates:
Cheatham Hall
Outer Ring Booth Rate: (booth size – 8 ft x 6 ft)
● $300
Single Booth Rate: (booth size – 10 ft x 10 ft)
● $500
Outdoor Plaza
Single Booth Rate: (booth size – 10ft x 10 ft)
● $450
Double Booth: (booth size – 10ft x 20ft)
● $650
Flow Booths: if you have an interest in providing a tea experience in your booth in exchange for a lower booth rate, indicate your interest on the application and we'll reach out.
Food Cart/Booth Fee: $150
